Jadey Ryndak

Jadey Ryndak is a recruitment veteran with 20 years of experience leading and supporting recruitment firms (LHH, The Mom Project, Hunt Club) and working with companies across industries (startups, financial services, consulting, manufacturing, high-education, PR).

She is a hands-on practitioner with a passion for the art and science of recruiting. Based in Chicago, she supports companies nationally. 

She has a journalism degree from The University of Kansas and a Master's in Organizational Psychology.  

An active SHRM member, board member of Tutoring Chicago.
